COLD CUT FEATURE:  Chickasaw Adventures

Johnny is a modern-day young Chickasaw, who suddenly finds himself 
thrown back in time.  First he travels back to 1541, where he assumes 
the identity of a young Chickasaw warrior, and meets with the 
European explorer Hernando de Soto.  In later issues, he travels back 
in time to 1736, where the Chickasaw battle the French, to 1837, as 
he is forcibly removed from his land, and to 1906, where he takes on 
the identity of his own great-grandfather, tackling the cultural 
clash between his Chickasaw ancestry and modern America.  This is a 
really well-done, educational comic book miniseries by Jen Murvin 
Edwards and Tom Lyle, each issue is 20 pages in full color.  For more
